Ghost is a distinguished collection of four exclusive residences — Ghost, Phantom, Spirit, Spectre — and, crowned as the most enigmatic of all, Phantasm.

This collection is my personal manifesto as an emerging architectural professional — a bold declaration of my vision in bespoke residential design. It is also a heartfelt tribute to the visionaries and Masters who have profoundly shaped my creative philosophy and inspired my journey.

I have conceived this collection around a deliberate equilibrium: 50% pure artistry and 50% impeccable engineering. This balance is not merely a concept — it is woven into every line, every material, and every spatial experience.

Each residence within the Ghost collection is a unique masterpiece, never to be replicated. With every project, I introduce a bold architectural statement — whether through innovative structural solutions, a masterful interplay of light and shadow, or the use of hand‑selected materials.

All residences are built as Signature properties, embodying the pinnacle of personalized luxury. Each is bestowed with a personalized, numbered certificate of authenticity — a formal recognition of its one‑of‑a‑kind status and a testament to its future legacy as a timeless work of art.

GHOST — the firstborn of the collection — emerges as a bold homage to deconstructivism and a heartfelt tribute to the genius of Zaha Hadid.

Designed in perfect harmony with its environment, GHOST redefines the relationship between architecture and landscape. Its dynamic, fluid forms do not dominate — they dance with the contours of the materia, drawing inspiration from the sculptural beauty of desert dunes and the timeless grace of ocean shores.

Every detail, from grand architectural gestures to intimate interior solutions, has been meticulously crafted to create a space that is both intellectually provocative and deeply harmonious.
This is GHOST.

Spectre, the second Statement in the collection, redefines openness in residential architecture. Its sweeping panoramic glazing establishes an uninterrupted dialogue with the surrounding landscape, while the interior semi‑open atrium on the ground floor masterfully blends the privacy of a closed courtyard with the airiness of contemporary design.

The residence’s ground floor is intelligently organised into two dedicated kitchen‑living zones, maximising functional versatility. A key feature is the meditation room — an isolated void for spiritual practice, deliberately set apart from the main space. It is accessed via a secret staircase from the ground floor, ensuring complete privacy and a direct connection to the elements.

Created upon the open space principle, Spectre transcends a fixed plan: the configuration of the remaining areas is not predetermined. Instead, it is offered as a canvas — to be shaped according to the discerning client’s desires, embodying the essence of truly luxury.

Its defining feature is the narrow facades with abundant glazing: they lend the structure a sense of lightness and modernity while maximizing natural light. Thanks to its compact geometry, the design works equally well for new construction and for renovation in dense urban environments, where every square foot matters.

A key design move enhances the composition’s character: all residential spaces are located in the "hidden" part of the building, facing the inner courtyard. This creates an intimate, private atmosphere shielded from the hustle of the city — turning privacy into an architectural strength.

The flexible layout also makes the project well‑suited for commercial use—for example, as a boutique gallery or a small‑scale space for premium services, where a striking visual identity and a controlled visitor flow are both important.

Spirit stands as the most vibrant, independent, and extravagant creation in the entire collection — a residence that defies convention.

Conceived from the noble foundations of my Norwegian church project, it has been meticulously reborn as an exquisite private estate. This is more than a transformation — it is a redefinition of purpose, where semi-sacred geometry meets the boldest expressions of contemporary design.

Spirit is unique in the collection: it does not adapt to the landscape — it dominates it. It transforms the surrounding area into a veritable "place of power", commanding attention and inspiring awe.

Whether anchored amidst the snow‑capped grandeur of Colorado or elevated on the storied slopes of the Hollywood Hills, Spirit remains unmistakably itself. The ultimate choice rests with you — for this is not just a home, but a declaration of individuality, built to reflect the ambitions of its future custodian.
